About Daks. J

Daks. J is a technology founder and operator who helps growing businesses replace scattered tools, manual follow-up and unclear workflows with practical AI, CRM and automation.

He started his career far from software. Trained as a chemical engineer, he built and ran the quality system for a metal-casting foundry and built slurry pumps for foundries in Chile. That grounding in process, quality and measurement still shapes how he thinks about technology: fix the system underneath, then scale it.

Over 18+ years he has founded Hexagon IT Solutions in Draper, Utah, and built its Arches platforms for CRM, property management and construction. His teams have delivered 300+ projects for clients in 16 countries, across the US, UK, UAE, India, Australia and Latin America.

Daks has been featured on the covers of The Business Vision, The Enterprise World, The CIO Excellence, The Leaders Globe and Magnate View, and recognized by CIO Today as Most Trailblazing Leader in Technology. He shares what he learns through Innovate With Daks, his podcast, newsletters and articles.
